Avatar Movie Story
A corporation, to get the precious material from the planet Pandora, creates Avatars which is remotely controlled by humans. Hero Jake is paralysed and he helps the corporation to know more about the other species living in the planet specially the ones look alike humans with tail. And the Avatar is created from human DNA and the DNA from the species.
The scientist, transforms him into an Avatar and sends him to Pandora to learn those people’s behaviour and culture. The corporation head, with greed, desires to invade all the precious material scattered throughout the Pandora. His plan is to drive out the people from one place to another and destroy the home tree in which the people live.
But our hero Jake who enters the Pandora planet as an avatar, falls in love with a girl who is in-charge of training him. So hero discloses the plan and he tries to rescue the people out there by motivating them to fight against the navy forces who have surrounded them to destroy.
The movies steps forward by creating an anticipation on how the hero recues the people and saves their planet.
Good Points
Fantabulous animation which made everyone astonish throughout the movie
Good screenplay
Bad Points
Nothing to say to spoil the great effort of the Director
Good Effort. Thanks
I will watch the movie Right away
Watch in 3D if possible
I watched this film in 3D.
It was really scary
Because everything looked as if you were about get hit and stuff.
Apart from that sort of tense moments, the film was't that great tbh.
Yeah, I agree that the graphics/CGI looks good but it's not as great as some other Hollywood movies.
Have you seen King Kong or Anaconda? That is proper 3D, everythig looks actually REAL.
I'd give the film probably a 5 or mabe even a 7
lol..you have ruined my day..did you actually see the movie?in 3D?because there wasnt many 'jump at you scenes'.this movie is the first to make full use of 3D technology and i was totally sucked into the movie,it had somuch depth and details and i ve never ever experienced somuch pleasure watching a movie and it was almost orgasmic excitement.
and seriously you are saying that anaconda has better fx and cgi than avatar?OMG.go get an anaconda dvd and watch it again.the snake is just a pale rubbery shit.and compare it with the mountain banshees in avatarwhere the cgi is unbelievable and so perfect..
Anaconda which came out in the late 90s (I think) had very good CGI for the time.
Avatar on is full-scale 3D but not what I felt was good.
I wanted more jumpy moments and a better experience.
Anaconda for the snake was good, Avatar as I said is entirely 3D, so maybe thats why I didnt like it cause everything was 3D so you can't really compared it, but with films like King Kong, it's real but the CGI is integrated with the real motion so it looks realistic.
Its not $500 million its $237 million and the script of this movie was made 10 years back but James Cameroon dropped this as the cinema industry wasn’t technically developed that time to bring this script into realty.

Whats ur opinion about suhasini stating james cameron as a masala director in her review
Brother..,you hav done a good job. but u did a mistake in your review, you said Pandora is a planet. but it’s moon actually.(Moon of the planet Polyphemus, in the Alpha Centauri system..,aprox 4.5 light years from our Sun).thats it.thanks fella.. for your service
Thanks pal….
just watched avatar.thanx a lot suppan after reading your review i wanted to watch it only in a 3d.to tell the truth u r correct to the core with this movie's ratings and review.it was a superb experience.wonderful movie from the director.u r very impressive with ur reviews.keep up the good work.do post a lot of movies like these.
Great review. Sam Worthington was a screen representation of atleast a few American soldiers in Iraq who felt that they are doing something WRONG. Sam had a chance to change, follow his heart and fight back – thats what I came out with, apart from all the amusement of the graphicomania.
Leave alone the technical superiority, etc, etc…. it was a poignant, human movie.
Thanks,
Siva
