This movie is a remake of Hindi film 9211 (Means cheater) by Johny Abraham and Nana Patekar.
The movie is not running for 2 hours 30 mins. But only for about 1 hour and 45 mins.
The best things about this movie is, family can go and watch this movie. It is a good decent story.
When I saw this film in Hindi it was little boring and the same happened in Tamil also.

Both the hindi as well as tamil versions of this movie was remake of English Version Changing Lane, starring Ben Affleck and Samuel L Jackson(Much better of the three)
