I have seen the english version and if i have a chance i dont mind seeing in tamil. As you said small part about how the villan kidnapping guys, making them blind and making money from them. It is good and it is like a pickle in a full lunch but Naan kadavul is almost like full meal, i agree to that. But some people will find a taste in it. When you said as after seeing the Naan kadavul movie you lost your respect or pity what ever against the beggars. If you want you find a beggar and ask him if he had seen a movie Naan kadavul if he felt bad about it and lowers their dignity or something. some people even said bala made a business form it by showing such things. I dont think a beggar will say this movie had cost him something, if he say then i agree that this film is flop and not worth of it. Naan kadavul is more in depth about their life and their lifestyle and problem they face ok lets leave naan kadavul and come to slum dog millionaire. i like what you said about the Bombay movie thing and kind of effect in this movie how jamal answer for the question about ram's weapon. Hats off to A.R.Rahman. immaculate he should have got recognised much before it is too late for him, anyhow he got it.
